Huge Solar Flares

The sun isn't too happy. 2 huge solar flares fired off the sun yesterday at about 4 million miles per hour. This is the largest solar event since 2006. These flares are rated X-class storms, the strongest flares a sun can have. We're going to have some serious problems down here on Earth. In the upcoming 24 hours we will be experiencing surges on power lines and issues with satellites. Your GPS will also be having problems too. Airplanes should also be rerouting to get better communication that they rely on. The upside? We'll have beautiful northern lights.
