Drinking a cup of coffee a day or even several will lower your risk of dying from diabetes and heart disease. In men, it will lower the risk of dying by 6% and in women about 5%. Coffee contains about 1,000 different compounds including antioxidants. This study is obviously flawed by the subjects lifestyle and health history though.
